Christmas at the POP shop

Updated: Oct 30

We've gone to town this year with our Dunoon-made Christmas gifts, special events and Christmas cocktails.

Is there such a thing as bottled Christmas cheer? With an added twist of Dunoon? We think so.

Look out your fancy glasses. Dust off your cocktail shakers. Pull on your festive jumpers.

It’s time for a POP-tastic Christmas.

We’re boxing up a special taste of the town and putting on festive events. We’ve even crafted some Christmas POPtails, which are our recipes for cocktails or mocktails with a sparkling dash of Dunoon Goes POP.

Taste of the Town box set

Oh yes, this could be Dunoon’s most delicious Christmas gift you can buy this year.

Our Dunoon Goes POP Taste of the Town gift boxset blends stories about fascinating people in our town’s history with delicious soft drinks inspired by these People Of Place (our POP).

Our Taste of the Town: four flavours, four POPtail recipes
Our Taste of the Town: four flavours, four POPtail recipes

Each bottle shares the story of the POP stars behind each flavour. From George Stirling, one of the first soft-drinks makers in Dunoon, to Margaret Parker, Victorian entrepreneur and revered dressmaker. Unwrap the label to discover the hidden story.

And, we’ve crafted four festive POPtail recipes, a mix of Christmassy cocktail and mocktail recipes you can make using our drink syrups. These recipes are available exclusively for boxset purchases.

Meet our flavours:

  • George Stirling's Ginger Ale

  •  Margaret Parker's Parisian Lavender & Lemon

  •  Bertie Bryden's Rhubob & Custard

  •  Love in the American Year Cola

Our drinks syrups are:

  • Made in Dunoon by our master mixologists

  • Flavoured using plant-based ingredients

  • Vegan friendly

  • Packaged in refillable bottles
