About the event

This  programme explores how to develop income generating products and  services that have a positive impact on your community and the  environment.

Who is it for?

This  programme consists of 3 x 4 hour sessions over Thursdays in June and is  specifically for small businesses, start-ups, charities and social  enterprises in the Argyll and Bute area to bulid their network and  access tools and resources to help on your journey.

This programme will give you access to support to develop your enterprise idea and consider how to run a business that impacts positively on the environment and community.

Programme Details

Session 1 - Thursday 13 June  2024, 10:30am - 2:30pm

Session 2 - Thursday 20 June 2024, 10:30am - 2:30pm

Session 3 - Thursday 27 June 2024, 10:30am - 2:30pm  Venue: Queen's Hall in Dunoon. Refreshments will be available

Cost: Fully Funded with the supposrt of Argyll and Bute Council and Dunoon Communty Development Trust (i.e. no cost to participants)

The programme will explore:

  • What does sustainability mean for your organisation?
  • Evaluate your assets and strengths
  • Visioning for the future
  • Embed resilience
  • Experience Design Thinking and how this might be applied to building your sustainability whilst tackling the climate emergency
  • Explore sustaining motivation
