One of the more compact rhubarb varieties, but still extraordinarily productive with up to 70 tasty stems per plant.
An early cropper, the main harvest will be in spring. But, you can still harvest fresh stalks over summer. Stalks are cherry red on the outside with a rosy tinge on the inside.
We only have a few of these so be quick if this is the variety you fancy!
- Planting position: full sun or part shade. Plant 75cm from other plants
- Size: approximately 60cm high x 1m wide
- Harvesting season: April to September
