One of the more compact rhubarb varieties, but still extraordinarily productive with up to 70 tasty stems per plant.

An early cropper, the main harvest will be in spring. But, you can still harvest fresh stalks over summer. Stalks are cherry red on the outside with a rosy tinge on the inside.

We only have a few of these so be quick if this is the variety you fancy!

Please read the planting and aftercare instructions that come with your plant. You will need to plant your new rhubarb as soon as you can after purchase, with lots of fresh compost or well-rotted manure to give it a good start. Go to our blog for a rhubarb grower's guide.
We can refund your item if you let us know and return it within 7 days of receiving it. It must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Please look after it when it’s in your possession.

We are not responsible for any damage or failure of the plant once you have received it, as there are so many variables that can cause a plant to fail. However, if you notice any problems with your plant when you first receive it, do let us know straight away and take pictures.

Remember, rhubarb is deciduous, meaning that it dies back over autumn and winter. Small shoots will appear in spring and each variety comes on at a different speed. Sometimes, plants need a full season to settle into their new home. If you receive your pot and see no leaves, the roots are there and it should come on in spring, with the right care.
